Welcome, it’s great to have you here today checking out my Intex Mid Rise Dura-Beam Airbed Review thank you.
In this review I will share the products top features, benefits along with customers opinions pro’s and con’s.
There will also be a bit on my own likes and dislikes of the Intex Mid Rise Dura-Beam Airbed.
Most air beds/mattresses over the years have always been given a bad name. From losing air not holding its shape, Some to firm others to soft. Well designs and quality have come up along way in today’s world or Air Mattress.
Certaintly the Intex Mid Rise Dura-Beam Airbed is certainly one of them today. It’s a low to the ground mattress of the highest quality made. This one comes in the full, Queen and Twin.
And again like the ones in our other reviews it has a built in 110-120v Internal electric pump as most do. Inflation time is around 3-4 minutes from the switch of a button.
The Intex Mid Rise Dura-Beam Airbed is one of the best you can find out there today, along with not putting a huge hole in your pocket. Great value for your money.
As stated above is the built in electric pump, this is a great feature on most Air Mattress nowadays. Gone are the days of get out the old rusty foot pump. Very fast to inflate and deflate.
Comes standard with neat hand carry bag. Which is where you would keep it stored, useful for any trips you may be taking and it makes it easy to carry with you.
Are Air beds strong enough to hold out for the bigger persons. The Mid Rise Dura Beam Airbed has a weight capacity of up to 300lbs. This is a weight of around 21stone so yes it’s strong.
The Mid Rise Dura-Beam Airbed is a fairly Large 54″ x 75″ x 13″ Sizes in feet 4’feet 5 inches wide x 6′ feet 2 inches Long x 1′ foot 1 inch High.
Wonderful size for a guests staying, But may see a few problems for the older guests.
All Intex Airbeds are engineered with fiber-tech interior construction, thus giving more comfort, durability and stability to their Air Mattresses.
This Mid Rise Dura-Beam Airbed design has the added plush dual air pillow top for adding more comfort.
More puncture resistant from the flocked sides, also giving more abrasion resistant too. Nearly all the Intex Airbed/Mattresses have their unique construction on the edges, raised and giving a little more to the real sleeping area. Also allowing more stability to the overall Mattress construction.
So, to have minimal Air Loss always follow the inflation instruction. Therefore with this in mind and NOTE: All Airbeds – Mattresses will have some air loss. It’s just the way they are, but here are some tips:
Dial on the mattress – One way to Inflate and the other way to deflate. Make sure dial is turned all the way to inflate side and keep it here when your done with inflation. This is your valve and plug. Which stores the Air inside where it’s meant to be while you are sleeping.
Understand you are still going to get Air loss from your Mattresses, that’s just how it is. There should be time given for the Mattress to stretch for a few days after your first inflation. And adding air as needed for your proffered firmness and comfort. Along with some air loss you have gotten.
However, After you have inflated and few days have past, you’ve done your air top up’s. NOTE: There should know not be any major air loss just going through the night.
Easy of use on this one, this is what comes up the most for the Intex Mid Rise Dura-Beam Airbed. Easy to Inflate and very fast. Turn the dial to inflate and it all pumped up in about 4 minutes.
Super comfy Mattress and feel like a proper Mattress rather than an Air Bed. The pump is also very quite and fit nicely away in the pocket. Sits neat and tidy up against the wall without any parts sticking out.
Some have purchase as a guest bed and have been very please with it their guest feedback. Saying it one of the most comfortable beds they ever did sleep on.
There’s only been one or two customers having bad times from the Intex Mid Rise Dura-Beam Airbed, where there was air loss more than the norm. One going on to say when he leaves for work in the morning it’s deflated by the time he arrives home.
There are a few saying the Intex Mid Rise Dura-Beam Airbed comes without a warranty, but I found one directly on the Amazon.com product page.
The provisions of this Limited Warranty apply only to the original purchaser. This Limited Warranty is valid for a period of 90-days from the date of purchase.
The way this one is going we may have to update it to the number one best seller. As we haven’t found any real bad parts for the Intex Mid Rise Dura Beam Airbed as of yet.
So, for now we are rating it as the number two best seller spot. Amazon Rating it at 4.3 Out of 5 – with a 72% 5 star rating and only 10% 1 star. Overall it’s a great choices Air bed to buy.
